We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellations and Returns
Unfortunately from time to time problems may occur with items we supply.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period.
The purpose of the cooling off period is to allow the consumer the opportunity he would have had in a conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy.
The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.
The regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or email - a telephone call is not enough.
We will send out the size that you order, however should more than 1 exchange be required (due to size issues), then all postage cost should be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
Group Bookings and Deposits
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit. No refund will be given after this date for cancellations by customers. Numbers may vary, but final numbers are confirmed 7 days prior to event taking place. It is up to the customer to advise us prior to this date of final numbers, after this date, numbers are confirmed at the figure booked at the time deposit is received.
Full payment must be paid 7 days before the event, if bookings are made 7 days up to the event full payment must be taken on booking.
If conditions exceed safe working at sea, then Brighton Watersports will provide the session at a safe location inland. This activity will fulfill the needs of the session expected and paid for. Transportation can be provided although please allow extra time for tansport.
Brighton Watersports, for safety reasons, may need to cancel bookings, this could be due to unsafe weather or staff illness. In this case, 10% will be retained to cover admin and work already done.
