Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.

Cancellations and Returns

Unfortunately from time to time problems may occur with items we supply.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period.

The purpose of the cooling off period is to allow the consumer the opportunity he would have had in a conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy.

The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods.

The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or email - a telephone call is not enough.

We will send out the size that you order, however should more than 1 exchange be required(due to size issues), then all postage cost should be the resposibility of the purchaser.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
